DA-Project - Lava SSW 92-68

DA-Project dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Lava SSW's 38. DA-Project forced 28 Lava SSW turnovers and outrebounded them 66-55 including 22 on the offensive glass. DA-Project looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of T-shawn Lewis who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds. American forward Terry Dawkins (193-2000, college: AMC) contributed with 24 points and 4 assists for the winners. Dawkins is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four DA-Project players scored in double figures. DA-Project's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Kebo Orford answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists and 8 steals and guard Lincoln Weekes added 21 points and 4 assists in the effort for Lava SSW.

Guard Iornie Joseph stepped up with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 21 rebounds for the winners and guard Wilkin Floyd chipped in 15 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. Four Slam players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Nikon McGregor responded with 20 points and 5 rebounds and guard Steven Matthew scored 10 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Spanish Heat's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
