Lee's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

Guard Keroi Lee (G) had a great game in the last round for Lava Smoke Shop Warriors and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
He had a double-double of 23 points and 17 rebounds, while his team beat Ottos (#2, 6-2) 91-86. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Lava SSW maintains the 4th position in Antiguan league. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Lava SSW will need more victories to improve their 5-2 record. Lee just recently signed at Lava SSW, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Lee has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (2nd best: 14.4rpg) and averages solid 61.0% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Danny Perez (G) of league's second-best Flyers Basketball. He is a guard in his first season at Ottos. In the last game Perez recorded an impressive 21 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Bad luck as Flyers lost that game 86-91 to slightly lower-ranked Lava SSW (#4, 5-2). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Flyers still maintains its place in the top 2 of the standings, even despite this loss. His team's 6-2 record is not bad at all. Perez is one of the most experienced players at Flyers and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 22.5ppg (#5). His other stats are also decent: 5.4rpg and 3.3apg.

Third place about best performers goes to another Lava SSW's star - forward Joshua Minner (198-F-1990). Minner showcased his all-around game by recording 22 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in the last round. He was another key player of Lava Smoke Shop Warriors, helping his team with a 91-86 win against #2 ranked Ottos. Lava SSW needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 2 lost games. Minner has a great season in Antigua. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 24.7ppg (best scorer) and assists with 4.4apg (8th best).
