An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in . Third ranked DA-Project faced their close opponent Ottos. Guests from (8-4) defeated host Ottos (8-4) 80-67. DA-Project forced 22 Ottos turnovers. The best player for the winners was the former international swingman T-Shawn Lewis (193-2002) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 15 rebounds. American forward Terry Dawkins (193-2000, college: AMC) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. Guard Danny Perez produced 18 points and 8 assists for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. DA-Project have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Ottos. DA-Project is looking forward to face league's leader Flyers in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Ottos will play against Red Hawks and are hoping to win this game.
The game in was also worth to mention about. 5th ranked Cutie Ovals (6-7) played at the court of sixth ranked Red Hawks (5-5). Red Hawks managed to secure a 7-point victory 95-88. The former international forward Cohen Desouza (201-1994) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 17 rebounds and 5 assists. Andre Burnett contributed with 17 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 blocks for the winners. American point guard Sam Taylor (178-1997, college: NMU) answered with 19 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists and 7 steals for Cutie Ovals. Red Hawks maintains sixth place with 5-5 record. Cutie Ovals lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with seven games lost. Red Hawks will play against higher ranked Ottos (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Cutie Ovals will play against Slam and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
