San Lorenzo have won Liga Federal Feminina 2023 as they edged Penarol 69-68 in a thriller. San Lorenzo finished Final Four stage with a 2-1 record on the top place. Rocio Lezcano was named MVP.
Regatas overcame Ferrocarril 71-46 to finish second with the same 2-1 record. Penarol is third, whilst Ferrocarril clinch fourth place.
