Club Deportivo Valdivia (Liga Nacional) landed 27-year old Argentinian Juan Martin Cardenas (91). He played in the summer at Stadio Italiano in the Libcentro Pro. In 13 games he averaged 12.5ppg, 4.2rpg, 3.9apg (top 2) and 1.8spg in 2017 season.
Among other achievements Cardenas was selected to Latinbasket.com All- Libcentro Honorable Mention in 2017.
He has played previously professionally also in Argentina (GECR Indalo) and Chile (Puente Alto and Las Animas).
