Atletico Penarol (Superliga) strengthened their roster with addition of 18-year old point guard Josefina Torruella (176-99). Torruella represented Argentina at the South American Championships U17 in Asuncion (Paraguay) two years ago. Her team won Bronze and her stats at that event were 3 games: 1.3ppg, 2.0rpg, 1.0apg, 1.7spg.
