Micaela Sancisi

Estrella de Berisso (Superliga) tabbed 23-year old point guard Micaela Sancisi (157-94, college: American) from Berazategui. In 15 Superliga games she averaged 3.9ppg, 1.1rpg and 1.0spg last season.
Among other achievements Sancisi's team won Argentinian Liga Nacional Regular Season in 2015. She received also Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian Liga Nacional 3rd Team award in 2015.
Sancisi represented Argentina at the World Championships U19 in Lithuania four years ago. Her stats at that event were 6 games: 6.3ppg, 3.5rpg, 4.2apg, 1.3spg, FGP: 60.0%, 3PT: 30.0%, FT: 62.5%.
Sancisi has played previously for two other teams: Lanus and Buenos Aires.
She attended American University until 2013 and it will be her fourth season in pro basketball.
