The games at this stage are more interesting as they can be crucial for the final standings in Regular Season. Despite we already know who is stronger and who is weaker, there may be still last minute surprises and upsets. The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with defeat of the leader and favorites losing the games. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Deportivo Viedma (23-13) in Juninense on Wednesday night. Visitors were edged by fifth ranked Ciclista (15-20) 80-79. Ciclista looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Deportivo Viedma's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Corbin Jackson (198-92, college: Florida Tech) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field). point guard Enzo Amado (183-95) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Ciclista's coach Leonardo Costa used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Ciclista maintains fifth place with 15-20 record, which they share with Parque Sur. Deportivo Viedma at the other side still keeps top position with 13 games lost. Ciclista is looking forward to face higher ranked Rivadavia M. (#4) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Deportivo Viedma will play against Racing Chivilcoy and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Sixth-ranked Obera TC (13-21) was very close to win a game against second ranked Hindu (23-12) in Chaco. Hindu managed to secure only three-point victory 75-72. However their fans expected much easier game. It was a great evening for the former international Diego Guaita (204-83) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Pablo Fernandez helped adding 19 points and 4 steals. At the losing side guard Christian Schoppler (185-86) responded with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Hindu maintains second place with 23-12 record having four points less than leader Olimpico Ceres. Obera TC at the other side keeps the sixth position with 21 games lost. Hindu will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Obera TC will play at home against Salta Basket (#3) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
Very important is a road loss of second ranked Atenas (19-16) against sixth ranked Parque Sur (15-20) on Thursday night. Visiting Atenas was defeated by Parque Sur in a tough game in Concepcion de Urug. 78-84. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Atenas.
