San Lorenzo inks Aaron Geramipoor

San Lorenzo de Almagra (La Liga) signed 27-year old Iranian international center Aaron Geramipoor (213-111kg-92, college: Seton Hall). He is a dual citizen owning also British passport. Geramipoor played most recently at Cibona in Croatian Premijer Liga. In four games he had 9.0ppg, 4.3rpg and 1.3apg in 2017-18 season. He helped them to make it to the final. Geramipoor also played 7 games in where he recorded 3.7ppg and 2.9rpg. The other team he played shortly was Azad (Superleague) in Iranian league. In 5 games he averaged impressive 20.0ppg and 6.2rpg.
Geramipoor also represented Iran at the European Championships U18 Division B in Israel ten years ago. His stats at that event were 8 games: 7.0ppg, 6.1rpg, FGP: 57.4%, FT: 16.7%.
Geramipoor has played previously professionally in Mexico (Soles) and Spain (Ourense and Leche Rio Breogan).
He attended Seton Hall University until 2014 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player.
