#11. International guard Luciano Chuzito Gonzalez (194-90, currently plays in Brazil) is a teammate of previously mentioned Franco Balbi. However that was another game of his team in Brazilian NBB which brought him to that list. Gonzalez helped Flamengo win their game against one of league's weakest teams Caxias do Sul 80-76. He recorded 12 points and grabbed 6 rebounds (made all of his six free throws) in 31 minutes. Gonzalez averaged so far 13.9ppg, 2.8rpg, 1.8apg and 1.1spg in 13 games. He plays currently for the Argentinian national team. #12. Former international point guard Juan Pablo Figueroa (185-86, currently plays in Brazil) is a teammate of previously mentioned Stefano Pierotti. But that was another game of his team in Brazilian NBB we would like to talk about. Figueroa helped Campo Mourao win their game against the closely-ranked Brasilia 94-78. He had a double-double by scoring 10 points and making 11 passes. Figueroa also added 6 rebounds in 27 minutes. This year his total stats are: 4.2ppg, 2.8rpg and 6.4apg in five games. Figueroa used to play for the Argentinian national team back in 2014. #13. Former international guard Juan Fernandez (193-90, college: Temple, currently plays in Italy) is a teammate of previously mentioned Marcos Delia. But that was another game of his team in Italian Serie A we would like to talk about. Fernandez couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Trieste (2-1) in their last game. Despite his good performance Trieste lost 66-81 in Venezia to the leading Umana. Fernandez was the top scorer with 12 points. He also added 4 rebounds and 6 assists in 28 minutes. Fernandez has averaged so far 8.9ppg, 2.5rpg, 5.2apg and 1.2spg in 10 games. He used to play for the Argentinian national team six years ago. #14. International point guard Lucio Redivo (184-94, currently plays in Italy) helped Casale win their game against the 13th-ranked Biella 82-65 in the Italian Serie A2 (second division) in Sunday night's game. Redivo was the top player that evening. He scored 25 points, made 4 passes and 4 steals (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line). This season Redivo has very high stats. He averages: 26.5ppg, 2.3rpg, 3.5apg and 2.0spg. Redivo used to play for the Argentinian national team last year. #15. International small forward Juan Pablo Vaulet (198-96, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help La ICL Manresa in their game against Gran Canaria in the Spanish Liga Endesa. Vaulet recorded only 4 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. His team was defeated 71-64. He has averaged so far 7.3ppg and 3.5rpg. Vaulet is also in the roster of the Argentinian national team. The list of other players, who all have Argentinian passport but never been selected to any of Argentinian national teams: #1. Experienced Andres Forray (188-PG-86, currently plays in Italy). Forray could not help Trento (3-0) to beat Trieste (3-3). He scored 8 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists. The league leader Trento was defeated 92-82 on the road by the lower-ranked Trieste (#3). Forray has been at the team for ten years. Forray's total stats this season are: 6.3ppg, 2.9rpg, 3.7apg and 1.3spg. He has a dual citizenship: Argentinian and Italian. #2. Ariel Filloy (190-PG-87, currently plays in Italy) led Pesaro to a victory against the closely-ranked Trieste (3-3) 84-74 in the Italian Serie A last Sunday. He recorded 11 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Carpegna Prosciutto Basket Pesaro (2-1) is placed second in the Serie A. Filloy has averaged so far 7.5ppg, 2.8rpg and 2.2apg. He is another player who holds two passports: Argentinian and Italian. #3. Min-Soo Kim (200-C-82, currently plays in South Korea) contributed to an SK Knights' surprising victory against the second-ranked Anyang KGC (14-10) crushing them 90-70 in the South Korean KBL last Sunday. He recorded 8 points and added 4 assists in 15 minutes. Seoul SK Knights (11-14) are placed eighth in the KBL. Kim has been at the team for eleven years. Kim has averaged so far 5.5ppg, 2.9rpg and 1.6apg in 11 games he played so far. He has both South Korean and Argentinian nationalities. #4. Nicolas Ferreyra (181-PG-85, currently plays in Brazil) was not able to help Caxias do Sul (1-11) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite his good performance Caxias do Sul was defeated 80-76 in Rio de Janeiro by the much higher-ranked Flamengo (#3). Ferreyra recorded 10 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. Ferreyra averaged so far 11.5ppg, 2.5rpg and 3.6apg. #5. Donovan Johnson (201-F-92, college: KWC, currently plays in United Kingdom) contributed to a Manchester Giants' victory against the leader Plymouth Raiders (5-1) 88-79 in the British BBL last Sunday. He scored 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 36 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in Group 2. Manchester Giants (3-1) is placed first. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Johnson has averaged so far 6.3ppg and 5.2rpg in six games. He is a naturalized American. #6. Mario Jose Ghersetti (201-PF-81, currently plays in Italy) was not able to secure a victory for Mantova in their game against Torino in the Italian Serie A2 (second division). Despite his very good performance on Sunday night Ghersetti was the top scorer with 20 points. He also added 4 rebounds (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line). Ghersetti averaged so far 13.6ppg, 4.0rpg and 2.0apg. He also holds two passports: Argentinian and Italian. #7. Albano Chiarastella (197-F-85, currently plays in Italy) couldn't help Agrigento in their game against Ragusa in the Italian Serie B (third division), despite his very good performance in Sunday night's game. Chiarastella had a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added 3 assists in 39 minutes. But his team was edged 70-69. Chiarastella has averaged so far 10.0ppg, 8.0rpg and 3.8apg in four games. He has dual citizenship: Argentinian and Italian. #8. Bruno Pallotti (182-PG-98, currently plays in Spain) led Xiria to a victory over the eighth-ranked Leon 93-79 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) in Sunday night's game. Pallotti was the top player that evening. He recorded 27 points (!!!) and added 4 passes. Pallotti has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages: 21.4ppg, 4.2rpg and 4.0apg. #9. Romeao Ferguson (196-G, currently plays college basketball in the States) helped Lipscomb win their game against the Crowley's Ridge College crushing them 97-60 in the NCAA last Monday. Ferguson scored 14 points in a mere 15 minutes. Ferguson averaged so far 11.9ppg, 4.2rpg, 1.3apg and 1.3spg in nine games. He is a naturalized American. Strangely Ferguson has never played in Argentina. #10. Sebastian Vico (190-G-86, currently plays in Italy) couldn't help Piacenza in their game against Vigevano in the Italian Serie B (third division), despite his very good performance in Wednesday night's game. He was the second best scorer with 16 points. Vico also added 6 passes in 34 minutes. But his team lost 74-79. Vico averaged so far 11.5ppg, 4.0rpg and 3.8apg in four games. He has dual citizenship: Argentinian and Italian.
