The game in Salta was quite interesting. Second ranked Echague (16-6) played at the court of 5th ranked Salta Basket (12-7). Echague managed to secure a 5-point victory 64-59 on Tuesday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Salta Basket. They outrebounded Salta Basket 47-34 including 32 on the defensive glass. Guard Lisandro Ruiz Moreno (185-89) fired 10 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Forward Martin Chervo (200-92) chipped in 7 points and 11 rebounds. Brazilian Andre Coimbra (205-86, college: CMU) produced 15 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Echague have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader. Salta Basket at the other side keeps the fifth place with seven games lost.

There was no surprise in Cordoba where 15th ranked Independiente (3-14) was defeated by fourth ranked Barrio Parque (14-6) 88-80. It was a very good performance for swingman Lautaro Rivata (190-87) who helped to win the game recording 9 points and 12 rebounds. Point guard Santiago Ferreyra (188-97) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Barrio Parque's coach E Villafane allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Sebastian Lugo (195-98) answered with 19 points and swingman Juan Angel Lopez (190-84) added 11 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Independiente. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Barrio Parque. They moved-up to third place. Independiente at the other side keeps the fifteenth position with 14 games lost.

No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Estudiantes T. (12-8) defeated at home 14th ranked Colon SF (4-13) 66-60. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. It was a very good performance for Ignacio Echevarria (195-98) who helped to win the game recording 12 points and 8 rebounds. Point guard Emiliano Lezcano (187-1) contributed with 15 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Estudiantes T. players scored in double figures. Joaquin Rios (186) answered with 18 points and 4 assists and Cuban center Pedro Bombino (206-0, agency: Pro Sports) added 8 points and 16 rebounds in the effort for Colon SF. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Newly promoted Estudiantes T. maintains sixth place with 12-8 record. Colon SF lost their fourth game in a row. Colon SF at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the fourteenth position with 13 games lost.

Very expected game in Villa Maria where 12th ranked Olimpico (5-14) was defeated by seventh ranked Ameghino (11-5) 92-79. Ameghino shot the lights out from three nailing 16 long-distance shots on high 55.2 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Olimpico's players. It was a very good performance for swingman Jonatan Torresi (190-94) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 6 assists. Point guard Joaquin Valinotti (185-98) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Santiago Barrales (189-98) answered with 13 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Milton Vittar (185-91) added 16 points in the effort for Olimpico. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the third consecutive win for Ameghino. They maintain seventh place with 11-5 record. Olimpico lost their tenth game in a row. They keep the twelfth position with 14 games lost.
