The most important game in the last round took place in Ceres between second ranked Villa S.Martin (15-7) and twelfth ranked Olimpico (6-14) on Thursday night. Villa S.Martin was defeated by Olimpico in a tough game on the road 70-75. Olimpico outrebounded Villa S.Martin 41-24 including a 30-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Santiago Barrales (189-98) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. point guard Milton Vittar (185-91) contributed with 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Sebastian Picton (197-92) replied with 17 points and 5 rebounds for Villa S.Martin. Villa S.Martin's coach Gaston Castro rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Olimpico maintains twelfth position with 6-14 record. Villa S.Martin at the other side keeps the second place with seven games lost.

Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Italian center Omar Canton (205-82) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 9 rebounds and Pablo Fernandez who added 18 points during the contest. point guard Nicolas Zurschmitten (183-95) responded with 16 points. Sp.America have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain eighth position with 10-9 record. Salta Basket lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with nine games lost.
Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Quilmes MP (9-10) and Parque Sur (6-9), which took place in Mar del Plata. Higher ranked Quilmes MP lost at home to eleventh ranked Parque Sur 66-73 on Friday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Quilmes MP. The winners were led by Enzo Filipetti who scored that evening 17 points and 9 rebounds. Parque Sur's coach Damian Gamarra used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Colon SF's coach Ricardo De Cecco allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Colon SF moved-up to thirteenth place. Salta Basket lost third consecutive game.
