Olimpico de La Banda (La Liga) strengthened their roster with addition of 23-year old American 190cm guard Elyjah Clark, college: MSSU for season 2021-22. Clark joins another USA player Michael Buchanan who is already in the roster.
He was about to sign at Astana in Kazakhstan National League.
The most of last season he spent at Ylli in Kosovan Superliga where in 19 games he recorded 13.3ppg, 3.4rpg, 3.1apg and 2.4spg (in top 3). He helped them to win the league title and the cup. He also played for Ankara Basket in Turkish TBL. In 12 games he averaged impressive 20.3ppg, 6.4rpg, 4.2apg and 2.6spg. Clark was also voted League Player of the Week.
He graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2020 and it is his second season in pro basketball.
