Jerry Evans (ex Lenadores) agreed terms with Quimsa

Quimsa Santiago del Estero (La Liga) inked 30-year old American 203cm forward Jerry Evans (college: Nevada). Evans played last summer at Lenadores in Mexican LNBP. In 19 games he recorded 12.4ppg, 6.6rpg, 1.4apg and 1.2spg. He also spent pre-season at Qatar Club (D1) in Qatari league.
Evans is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to seven different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Australia and of course North America). Evans has played previously professionally in Australia (Cairns Taipans, Ballarat Miners and Sabres), Cyprus (Apoel and Enosis Neon Paralimni), Finland (Lahti), Greece (Lavrio), Israel (Galil Elion), New Zealand (Giants) and Poland.
Among many awards his team won Australian NBL1 Regular Season in 2019. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Israeli National League Honorable Mention in 2020.
Evans attended University of Nevada until 2014 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
