Corvalan scored 6 points. His team was defeated 91-80. Corvalan has averaged so far 7.7ppg, 1.9rpg and 2.2apg. He used to play for the Argentinian university national team years ago.

   #12. Former international guard Luca Vildoza (191-1995, another player represented by Octagon Europe, currently plays in NBA) couldn't help the Milwaukee Bucks in their game against the Boston Celtics in the NBA. Vildoza cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 2 points. His team were crushed by 28 points 109-81 in the NBA. This season Vildoza averages just 0.7ppg. He used to play for the Argentinian national team back in 22.

   #13. Former U19 international guard Mateo Diaz (186-2002, currently plays in Spain) contributed to Caceres' surprising victory against the league leader Granada 88-86 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) on Friday night. Diaz recorded 10 points and added 5 passes in 17 minutes. Diaz has averaged so far 6.4ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.4apg in 33 games. He used to play for the Argentinian U19 national team years ago.

   #14. Former U16 international small forward Matias Zanotto (203-2005, currently plays in Adidas Next Generation Tournament) couldn't help one of league's weakest teams RO SAzzurra in their game against ASVEL in the ANGT. Zanotto cannot count Friday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only one point in 3 minutes on the court. His team lost 73-85. Zanotto has averaged so far 6.4ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.4apg in 33 games. He used to play for the Argentinian U16 national team back in 21.

   #15. Former international forward Bautista Lugarini (203-2001, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Valencia 2 in their game against Albacete in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division). Lugarini scored 5 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 15 minutes. His team lost 74-83. Lugarini has averaged so far 4.7ppg and 3.1rpg in 19 games. He used to play for the Argentinian national team years ago.


The list of other players, who all have Argentinian passport but never been selected to any of Argentinian national teams:

   #1. Romeao Ferguson (196-G-1997, college: Lipscomb, currently plays in Chile) was the major contributor in Castro's victory against the league leader Puerto Varas (9-1) 75-60 in the Chilean LNB on Monday night. Ferguson recorded 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in 40 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Club Deportes Castrois placed in the LNB. Ferguson has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 18.2ppg, 7.6rpg, 3.5apg and 1.7spg in 27 games he played so far. Ferguson is a naturalized American. Strangely he has never played in Argentina.

   #2. Agustin Zuvich (201-F/C-1995, currently plays in Uruguay) could not help Aguada (3-1) in their last game on Friday. Despite Zuvich's very good performance Aguada was defeated 91-86 in a derby game by the lower-ranked Penarol (#4). He recorded a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting the same number of rebounds. Zuvich's overall stats this season are: 7.0ppg and 10.6rpg. He has a dual citizenship: Argentinian and Uruguayan.

   #3. Gabriel Hermosillas (202-F-1993, currently plays in Chile) was not able to help Las Animas (6-4) in their last game on Monday. Despite Hermosillas' very good performance Las Animas was defeated 74-68 at home by the lower-ranked Los Leones (#4). He was the second best scorer with 16 points (made all of his five free throws). Hermosillas' total stats this season are: 7.2ppg and 2.5rpg.

   #4. Experienced Ariel Filloy (190-PG-1987, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Italy) contributed to Tortona's victory against the league leader Venezia (4-0) 72-60 in the Italian Serie A in Saturday night's game. He recorded 8 points in 23 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Derthona Basket Tortona (4-0) is placed first in the Serie A. So far his team won all five games in the Quarter-Finals. Filloy has relatively good stats this year: 10.2ppg, 2.2rpg and 2.1apg in 31 games. He is another player who holds two passports: Argentinian and Italian.

   #5. Martin Chervo (200-F-1992, currently plays in Chile) was not able to secure a victory for Puente Alto in their last game on Tuesday. Despite Chervo's good performance Puente Alto was defeated 74-64 on the road by the lower-ranked Deportivo Valdivia (#4). He recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 12 rebounds. This season Chervo has very high stats. He averages: 17.3ppg, 10.9rpg, 1.3apg and 1.1spg.

   #6. Nahuel Martinez (188-SG-1995, currently plays in Chile) faced previously mentioned Martin Chervo in the Chilean LNB last game. Martinez led Deportivo Valdivia to a victory against the closely-ranked Puente Alto 74-64. He scored 11 points and added 3 assists in 30 minutes. This year Martinez's total stats are: 8.8ppg, 3.9rpg, 2.5apg and 1.2spg in 22 games.

   #7. Franco Alippi (201-C-1998, currently plays in Chile) is a teammate of previously mentioned Nahuel Martinez. But that was another game of his team in Chilean LNB which we would like to mention. Alippi couldn't help Deportivo Valdivia (4-6) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his good performance Deportivo Valdivia was edged 87-85 in Quilpue by the lower-ranked Los Leones (#4). Alippi recorded 10 points and blocked 2 blocks. Alippi has averaged so far 4.7ppg and 3.2rpg. He has both Argentinian and Chilean nationalities.

   #8. Sebastian Izaguirre (207-PF-1985, currently plays in Uruguay) is a teammate of previously mentioned Agustin Zuvich. However that was another game of his team in Uruguayan LUB which brought him to that list. Izaguirre couldn't help Aguada in their game against Penarol. He recorded 8 points in 20 minutes. His team was crushed by 33 points 92-59. Izaguirre has averaged so far 4.4ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.2apg in 34 games. He also holds two passports: Uruguayan and Argentinian.

   #9. Enzo Amado (183-PG-1995, currently plays in Chile) is a teammate of previously mentioned Nahuel Martinez and both played together in the last Chilean LNB game. Amado contributed to a Deportivo Valdivia's victory against the closely-ranked Puente Alto 74-64. He scored 6 points and added 3 assists. Amado has averaged so far 9.3ppg, 2.0rpg and 2.3apg.

   #10. Nicholas Wadell (201-F-1989, currently plays in Chile) is a teammate of previously mentioned Martin Chervo and both played together in the last Chilean LNB game. Wadell couldn't help Puente Alto in their game against Deportivo Valdivia, despite his good performance on Tuesday night. He scored 11 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 32 minutes. But his team lost 64-74. Wadell has very impressive stats this year: 17.2ppg, 7.3rpg and 2.1apg in 27 games.
