La Union inks Elijah Robinson, ex Al-Manama

La Union Formosa (La Liga) signed 27-year old American swingman Elijah Robinson (200cm-102kg-1995, college: Emmanuel, GA) for upcoming 2023-24 season. Robinson joins another USA player Khaliq Spicer who is already in the roster.
He played last season at Al-Manama in Bahrain Premier League. In 13 West Asia Super League games he had 12.5ppg, 4.7rpg and 2.0apg. He also played for Dijlah (Superleague) in Iraqi league.
He is quite experienced player. Robinson has played on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in China (Robinsonfei), Romania (Pitesti), Argentina (Atenas and Club Atletico Villa San Martin) and United Arab Emirates (Al Wasl). He won Bahrain League championship title in 2023 and the cup in 2023.
Robinson is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league on the market.
He graduated from Emmanuel College in 2018 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player. Robinson played also for Chattahoochee Technical College-Marietta for 2 years.
