Catalin's double-double lands him La Liga Argentina Player of the Week award

24-year old shooting guard Justo Catalin (182-SG-1999) had an amazing evening in the last round for Rocamora and receives a Hoops Agents La Liga Argentina Player of the Week award for round 1.
He had a double-double of 19 points and 17 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Pergamino (#15, 0-1) with 16-point margin 82-66. Rocamora is placed at 3rd position in Argentinian La Liga Argentina. But it's just the very beginning of the season and Rocamora won just one (their first) game. The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Caraffa is a newcomer at Jachal and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Santiago Costa of league's leader GEPU. Costa showcased his all-around game by recording 18 points, nine rebounds and seven assists in the last round. He was a key player of GEPU, leading his team to a 95-78 easy win against Amancay (#14, 0-2). GEPU has a very good start of the season. But there were just 2 games played, so it's too early to judge them at this stage. Costa also has a very good start of the season with very strong stats. Costa has a very solid season. In 2 games in Argentina he scored 11.0ppg.
