After 9 rounds played we can already see who rules in the La Liga Argentina and who belongs to weaker ones. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game between third ranked Pilar (4-3) and fifteenth ranked Villa Mitre (3-3) was the most important one in the last round on Thursday night. Pilar was defeated by Villa Mitre in Bahia Blanca 89-71. Villa Mitre made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Independiente recorded a loss to Amancay on the road 81-87. Pico FC defeated Quilmes MP on its own court 83-75. La Union was beaten by H.Americano in Rio Gallegos 75-67. Ameghino won against U.Mar del Plata at home 74-70. San Isidro unfortunately lost to Dep Norte on the opponent's court 67-80. Ameghino managed to beat Quilmes MP in a home game 82-72.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 12 points and 11 rebounds by Carlos Rivero of Ameghino.

There was an upset in Rio Gallegos where higher ranked Provincial (4-5) was defeated by sixteenth ranked H.Americano (3-4) 75-65 on Tuesday. H.Americano outrebounded Provincial 48-32 including 16 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was the former international power forward Gonzalo Torres (201-1994) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 18 rebounds. Forward Gonzalo Romero (196-1997) chipped in a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds. Four H.Americano players scored in double figures. There was a small surprise in La Plata where sixth ranked La Union (4-5) defeated 4th placed GELP (4-3) 77-72 on Tuesday. La Union had a 30-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was point guard Pablo Bilat (181-1995) who scored 19 points. Point guard Facundo Gago (178-1996) chipped in 10 points and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Marco Risso (190-2001) who recorded 13 points and 4 assists and forward Marco Bosch (197-1993) added 12 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Despite that victory La Union went down to eighth position due to points difference, which they share with Provincial.
