Stucky's double-double lands him La Liga Argentina Player of the Week award

29-year old forward Norberto Stucky (198-F-1994) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's best team Racing de Chivilcoy and receives a Hoops Agents La Liga Argentina Player of the Week award for round 30.
He had a double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds, while his team outclassed U.Mar del Plata (#17, 5-15) with 27-point margin 85-58. It allowed Racing to consolidate first place in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Racing has a very solid 17-12 record, but they cannot be too comfortable about keeping top position. It was one of impressive evenings for Stucky as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Norberto Stucky averages this season 11.9ppg and 7.7rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Andres Lugli (188-PG-1995) of league's second-best Lanus Buenos Aires. He is a guard in his first season at Lanus. In the last game Lugli recorded an impressive double-double of 19 points and 12 rebounds. Of course he led Lanus to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Villa Mitre (#6, 11-10) 83-61. This victory allowed Lanus to move up to second position in Conferencia Sur. His team's 14-6 record is not bad at all. Lugli is a newcomer at Lanus and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Juan Boffelli (197-F-1998) of Club Atletico Montmartre de Catamarca (#8). Boffelli scored 23 points. Despite Boffelli's great performance the Montmartre lost 82-92 to the higher-ranked Dep Norte (#4, 11-6). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Montmartre needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams in the Conferencia Norte. Their record is 9 victories and 8 lost games. Boffelli has a very solid season. In 17 games in Argentina he scored 10.5ppg.
