The games are now more important than at the beginning of the Regular Season. We may still expect few shocking results in upcoming 6 rounds. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most exciting game of round 34 in the La Liga took place in Santa Fe. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of much higher ranked Olimpico (21-8) to twentieth ranked Union (7-22) 81-79 on Thursday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the guest team. Union made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Olimpico helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Point guard Jeremias Sandrini (185-1993) scored 19 points and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Daniel Hure (200-1985) chipped in 10 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Union SF's coach Maximiliano Seigorman used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. At the losing side the former international guard Nicolas Romano (200-1987) responded with 25 points. Union maintains twentieth position with 7-22 record. Olimpico at the other side keeps the second place with eight games lost. Union are looking forward to face higher ranked Platense (#4) in Florida in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Olimpico will have a break next round.
The game in Almagro was also worth to mention about. One of their biggest challengers Platense (18-9) played at the court of fifth ranked San Lorenzo (18-10). San Lorenzo defeated Platense 72-62. Naturalized Italian swingman Federico Marin (199-1982) notched 19 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and Federico Grun supported him with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Even 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by point guard Facundo Vazquez (185-1998) did not help to save the game for Platense. Platense's coach Alejandro Vazquez rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. San Lorenzo maintains fifth position with 18-10 record. Platense at the other side keeps the fourth place with nine games lost. San Lorenzo will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Platense will play on the road against Comunicaciones (#17) in Mercedes and hopes to get back on the winning track.
A very close game took place in Corrientes between La Union and Regatas. Eighteenth ranked La Union (9-20) got a very close victory on the road over higher ranked Regatas (13-17).
