Uruguayan-Italian swingman Nicola Pomoli (195-1999) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and American forward Bryan Jefferson (201-1994, college: Mary) chipped in 22 points. At the losing side the former international Sebastian Vega (200-1988) responded with 16 points and 6 rebounds and the former international Leonardo Mainoldi (205-1985) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. Four Boca players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
