The former international guard Julieta Ale (176-1995) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists. The former international center Florencia Fernandez (189-1986) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points, 19 rebounds and 4 blocks and guard Candela Foresto (163-1999) added 19 points respectively for lost side. Riachuelo forced 29 Gorriones turnovers. Strangely Gorriones outrebounded Riachuelo 38-24 including a 33-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international swingman Agustina Garcia (173-1996) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. Guard Julieta Tell (172-1993, agency: BIG) contributed with 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Florencia Ortiz (160-2000) answered with 14 points and 6 rebounds and Lucia Pispieiro added 9 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Gorriones. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
