Natassja Kolff claims Argentinian LaLiga Femenina weekly honour

Talented International Center Natassja Kolff (188-C-2004) had an amazing evening in the last round for El Talar and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 20-year old center had a double-double of 22 points and 15 rebounds, while her team beat Berazategui (#5, 4-4) 74-60. El Talar is placed at 4th position in Argentinian LaLiga Femenina. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. El Talar will need more victories to improve their 4-3 record. In the team's last game Kolff had a remarkable 100.0% from 2-point range. She turned to be El Talar's top player in her first season with the team. Kolff has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in rebounds (4th best: 9.7rpg) and averages solid 51.9% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young guard Guillermina Maccio (164-G-2008) of Quimsa de Santiago del Estero. Maccio impressed basketball fans with 24 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course she led Quimsa to another comfortable win outscoring Montmartre (#6, 0-7) 100-41. This victory allowed Quimsa to move up to 3rd position in North. Her team's 3-2 record is not bad at all. Maccio is one of the most experienced players at Quimsa and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was Berenice Lopez (168-G-1999) of Atletico Lanus (#6). Lopez scored 21 points and passed 4 assists. She was a key player of Lanus, leading her team to a 68-62 win against Rocamora (2-7). Lanus can only dream about fighting for top spots in South. They have rather bad season and 2-7 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Lopez has individually a great season in Argentina. After only 9 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 14.2ppg (6th best). She also has 2.4spg and a FGP of 53.2%.
