Ferro beat Riachuelo in the decider to conquer Liga Femenina title. Ferro forced 19 Riachuelo turnovers and outrebounded them 42-31 including 28 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was the former international center Florencia Fernandez (189-1986) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds. Dalma Piri (175-2001) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international swingman Agustina Garcia (173-1996) who recorded 11 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Julia Centurion (189-2000) added 15 points respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
