Racing de Chivilcoy (La Liga Argentina) signed 26-year-old Argentinian 185cm point guard Joaquin Valinotti. He played during the summer at Mineros in Mexican LNBP. In 18 games he recently played, he averaged 8.9ppg, 3.1rpg, 4.4apg, and 1.3spg. Last season, he played at Alimerka Oviedo Baloncesto (Primera FEB) in the Spanish league.
He is a very experienced player. Valinotti has played also in Colombia (Motilones), Mexico, Spain, and Argentina (Penarol, Canadense, and Ameghino).
He won the Argentinian LDD championship title in 2019. He received the Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian La Liga Most Improved Player of the Year award and was voted to the Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian La Liga Honorable Mention in 2024.
