Universidad Catolica de Murcia CB (Liga Endesa) strengthened their roster with addition of 20-year old Argentinian international 205cm power forward Lee Aaliya for season 2025-26. Aaliya played most recently at Instituto in Argentinian La Liga. In 49 games he recorded 7.3ppg and 3.4rpg last season. He helped them to make it to both league and Cup finals. Aaliya also played 11 games in BCL Americas where he averaged 7.6ppg and 3.4rpg. He contributed to his team making it to the semifinals.
Aaliya has been also a member of Argentinian international program for some years. He played for Argentinian senior team this year and two years ago for U22 National Team.
Aaliya represented Argentina at the FIBA U18 Americas Championship in Tijuana (Mexico) three years ago. Aaliya's team got to the Semifinals and his stats at that event were 6 games: 8.5ppg, 2.7rpg, BPG-4(1.8), FGP: 52.9%, 3PT: 23.1%, FT: 46.2%.
He has played previously professionally in Argentina (Atenas and Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata) and Spain (Palmer Basquet Mallorca Palma).
