American guard Thomas Cooper (196-G-1992, college: Calgary) was the top scorer of the day in the world with the 34 points he had in the Argentinian league. Cooper graduated from University of Calgary in 2017. Despite his strong performance, his team Racing Chivilcoy lost to the Atenas 80 to 83. He also grabbed 5 rebounds and got 3 assists that game. His team won the Argentinian League Regular Season earlier this year. Among many awards he was selected to the Latinbasket All Bolivian Libobasquet First Team back in 2022. Cooper was also selected as the Latinbasket All Brazilian League Honorable Mention in 2024.
