The most important game in the last round took place in between third ranked San Jose (11-6) and sixth ranked Quimsa (8-9) on Friday night. San Jose was defeated by Quimsa in a tough game at home 43-48. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of San Jose. Quimsa held San Jose to an opponent 25.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 32.1 percent accuracy of the winners. fired a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. chipped in 12 points and 5 rebounds. The former international swingman Natacha Perez (176-1991) produced 11 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Quimsa moved-up to fifth place. Newly promoted San Jose dropped to the fourth position with six games lost.
Leader Instituto delivered the fifteenth victory. This time they crushed 8th ranked Riachuelo (3-14) 70-48 in Cordoba. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Giselle Botta (180-1999) who helped to win the game recording 8 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 7 steals. Julieta Sienra contributed with 10 points and 5 assists for the winners. Instituto's coach Ignacio Correas felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds for Riachuelo. Instituto (15-2) have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position. Riachuelo lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 14 games lost.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Chaco. Local Hindu (11-5) outscored 5th ranked Gorriones (7-10) 56-25 on Friday night. Valentina Galfrascoli scored 12 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners. At the losing side Lucia Pispieiro responded with 9 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Hindu moved-up to third place. Gorriones at the other side dropped to the sixth position with ten games lost.
In the last game of round 22 Avellaneda was crushed by Chanares in James Craik 90-68.
