Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game in Almagra was quite interesting. Seventh ranked Ferro (11-5) played at the court of 8th ranked San Lorenzo (9-8). Ferro defeated San Lorenzo 75-65 on Wednesday. It was a good game for Mateo Cerruti who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. Tobias Tamagusuku contributed with 13 points and 6 assists for the winners. Valentino Nesci replied with 13 points and 7 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for San Lorenzo. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ferro maintains seventh position with 11-5 record. San Lorenzo at the other side keeps the eighth place with eight games lost. Ferro are looking forward to face Gimnasia (#10) in Comodoro Rivadavia in the next round. San Lorenzo will play on the road against Union in Santa Fe and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Independ.O. (12-5) and San Martin (6-10), which took place in Corrientes. Higher ranked Independ.O. lost to sixteenth ranked San Martin in a road game 58-76. Worth to mention a great performance of Mateo Rearte (188-2006) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 9 rebounds and Geronimo Ramallo who added 11 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. San Martin's coach Gustavo Mascaro allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was Santiago Ballarena with 24 points and 5 rebounds. San Martin moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Union. Independ.O. at the other side keeps the fifth position with five games lost. San Martin will play against bottom-ranked Olimpico (#19) in La Banda in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Independ.O. will play at home against Argentino (#16) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game between 19th ranked Olimpico (1-17) and fourth ranked Regatas (14-4) in La Banda on Thursday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Corrientes outscored Olimpico 110-70. The winners were led by Viktor Bender who had that evening a double-double by scoring 28 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. Even a double-double of 16 points and 14 rebounds by Jeremias Barco did not help to save the game for Olimpico. Olimpico's coach Jose Maria Gerez gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Regatas have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. Olimpico lost thirteenth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 17 lost games. Regatas will meet Quimsa (#14) in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Olimpico will play against San Martin (#13) and hope to win that game.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 24: Penarol beat Argentino on the road 77-67. La Union won against Platense on its own court 91-74. Quimsa unfortunately lost to Obera in a road game 71-82. Racing Ch. managed to beat Penarol at home 75-63.
