Draper's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

31-year old USA-MEX forward Daviyon Draper (200-F-1994) put on an amazing game in the last round for Obera Tennis Club and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 27.
He had a double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds, while his team beat Racing Ch. (#18, 6-15) 78-73. Obera is placed at 4th position in Argentinian league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Obera will need more victories to improve their 12-7 record. Draper turned to be Obera's top player in his first season with the team. Daviyon Draper averages this season 13.0ppg and 6.5rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Dylan Smith (196-SG-1997) of Argentino Junin. He is American guard in his first season at Argentino. In the last game Smith recorded an impressive 22 points and 4 rebounds. Bad luck as Argentino lost that game 81-89 to the higher-ranked Independ.O. (#2, 13-5). Argentino are still at the very bottom. 17 lost games are too many comparing to just three victories Argentino managed to get this year. Smith is a newcomer at Argentino and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. Former University of Arizona star Smith is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Tayavek Gallizzi (206-F/C-1993) of Regatas Corrientes (#3). Gallizzi scored 14 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. He was a key player of Regatas, leading his team to a 70-69 win against the lower-ranked Quimsa (#11, 10-9). Regatas needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 12 victories and 7 lost games. Gallizzi has a very solid season. In 14 games in Argentina he scored 10.1ppg. He also has 4.6rpg and a FGP of 64.2%.
