Agustina Marin claims Argentinian LaLiga Femenina Hoops Agents weekly honour

International Shooting guard Agustina Marin (170-SG-2003) had a great game in the last round for El Talar and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
The 22-year old shooting guard had the game-high 20 points adding nine rebounds and three assists for El Talar in her team's victory, helping them to edge out Union Florida (#6, 4-2) 61-59. El Talar maintains the 11th position in Argentinian LaLiga Femenina. El Talar is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 3-3 record. Marin turned to be El Talar's top player in her first season with the team. Agustina Marin averages this season 13.2ppg and 5.2rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young point guard Florencia Ortiz (160-PG-2000) of Riachuelo de La Rioja. Despite Collier's great performance the Union Florida lost 59-61 to the lower-ranked El Talar (#11, 3-3). But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Union Florida needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 4 victories and 2 lost games. Collier has a very solid season. In 6 games in Argentina she scored 10.0ppg. She also has 8.8rpg and a FGP of 52.9%.
