This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of 17th ranked San Jose (1-6) to twelfth ranked Bochas (3-4) 69-66 on Saturday evening. Host team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. Bochas forced 21 San Jose turnovers. 26 personal fouls committed by San Jose helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for power forward Delfina Alves (186-2008) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds. Luzmila Varzi helped adding 14 points and 12 rebounds. Bolivian Romina Moreira (-1999) responded with 10 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Bochas maintains twelfth place with 3-4 record. San Jose lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the sixteenth position with six games lost. They share it with Lanus.

It was an exceptional evening for the former international swingman Agustina Garcia (173-1996) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 9 rebounds. Javiera Campos accounted for 18 points and 5 rebounds. Center Martina Schunk (181-2005) came up with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds for Rocamora in the defeat. Rocamora's coach Sabrina Scevola rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. El Bigua moved-up to thirteenth place. Rocamora at the other side dropped to the fourteenth position with five games lost. They share it with Avellaneda. El Bigua's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in to the arena .
Second ranked Obras (6-1) crushed at home 15th ranked Lanus (1-6) by 37 points 78-41, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. The best player for the winners was Candela Gentinetta who had a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds. Olivia Oltmann produced 13 points for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Obras maintains second place with 6-1 record having just one point less than leader Chanares. Lanus lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the sixteenth position with six games lost. They share it with San Jose.

In the last game of round 11 Berazategui won against Independiente on the opponent's court 65-58.

Independiente - Berazategui 58-65

Everything could happen in Neuquen at the game between two tied teams. Both ninth ranked Berazategui and 10th ranked Independiente had identical 3-2 record. But Independiente was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Buenos Aires 65-58 on Saturday night. Berazategui forced 21 Independiente turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Julieta Armesto (179-1994, agency: BIG) who scored 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international forward Magali Vilches (182-2002) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds. Four Berazategui players scored in double figures. Martina Torres (180-2002) produced 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Laila Raviolo (180-2000, agency: BIG) added 15 points and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. Berazategui (4-2) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Union Florida and Instituto. Loser Independiente keeps the tenth position with three games lost. They share it with El Talar. Berazategui will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Independiente will play against Rocamora (#15) and hope to secure a win.
