Experienced Stefania Lucero (172-F-1993, agency: BIG) had a great game in the last round for league's leader Deportivo Chanares and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 19.
The 32-year old forward recorded a triple-double of 12 points adding also 21 rebounds and 10 assists, while her team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Riachuelo (#18, 0-12) with 18-point margin 86-68. It allowed Chanares to consolidate first place in the Argentinian LaLiga Femenina. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is already in a full swing and Chanares still have not lost a single game, getting all 13 victories. Lucero turned to be Chanares' top player in her first season with the team. Lucero has impressive league stats. She is league's best scorer averaging so far 20.2ppg. Lucero is in league's top in rebounds (4th best: 10.9rpg), assists (7th best: 3.8apg) and averages solid 3.1spg and 52.2% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young point guard Julieta Sienra (161-PG-2003) of Instituto de Cordoba. Sienra impressed basketball fans with 26 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Bad luck as Instituto was edged by the lower-ranked San Jose (#14, 4-9) 75-73. This loss caused Instituto to drop to 8th position in the standings. Her team lost some distance to top teams. But a 7-6 record is not bad and everything may still change. Sienra is a newcomer at Instituto and it seems she did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 16.8ppg (#5). She also recorded 4.4 assists per game.

The third best performed player last round was Uruguayan Sabrina Molina (F-2001) of Quimsa de Santiago del Estero (#9). Molina showcased her all-around game by recording 14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in the last round. She was a key player of Quimsa, leading her team to a 74-71 win against slightly lower-ranked Gorriones (#11, 6-5). Quimsa needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 7 victories and 6 lost games. Molina has a very solid season. In 13 games in Argentina she scored 7.4ppg. She also has 8.8rpg and 2.3spg.

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
