Forward Facundo Sanz (197-F-1996, agency: BIG) had an amazing evening in the last round for El Talar Buenos Aires, receiving a Hoops Agents La Liga Argentina Player of the Week award for round 46.
The 29-year old player had a double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Centenario VT (#10, 12-10) 93-87. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings in Conferencia Sur. El Talar is placed at 14th position in Argentinian La Liga Argentina. El Talar is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 8-15 record. In the team's last game Sanz had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Facundo Sanz averages this season 11.1ppg and 7.1rpg.
