Stehli's 38-point game gives him La Liga Argentina Player of the Week award

23-year old guard Ramiro Stehli (190-G-2002) put on an amazing game in the last round for Atletico Gorriti de Jujuy and receives a Hoops Agents La Liga Argentina Player of the Week award for round 57.
He had the game-high 38 points adding two rebounds and five assists for Jujuy in his team's victory, helping them to beat Villa S.Martin (#9, 16-15) 95-87. Jujuy is placed at 7th position in Argentinian La Liga Argentina. Jujuy is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 17-14 record. In the team's last game Stehli had a remarkable 87.5% from 2-point range and got six three-pointers out of 7 attempts. He turned to be Jujuy's top player in his first season with the team. Ramiro Stehli averages this season 13.6ppg and 5.1rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Alvaro Merlo (184-PG-1995) of La Union Colon. He is naturalized Italian guard in his first season at La Union. He was a key player of Amancay, leading his team to a 83-77 win against the lower-ranked Hindu (#14, 11-20). Amancay needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in Conferencia Norte. Their record at this point is 22 victories and 9 lost games. Underwood has a very solid season. In 19 games in Argentina he scored 8.4ppg. He also has 5.9rpg and a FGP of 58.7%. Underwood attended one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on his way to pro basketball.
