Valinotti's 25 points give him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

27-year old point guard Joaquin Valinotti (185-PG-1998) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Racing de Chivilcoy and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 48.
He had the game-high 25 points adding three rebounds and four assists for Racing Ch. in his team's victory, helping them to beat Obera (#2, 22-12) 91-84. Racing Ch. is placed at 14th position in Argentinian league. Racing Ch. is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 14-21 record. In the team's last game Valinotti had a remarkable five three-pointers out of 8 attempts. He turned to be Racing Ch.'s top player in his first season with the team. Independ.O. needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 19 victories and 15 lost games. Tabarez has a very solid season. In 31 games in Argentina he scored 8.5ppg. He also has 4.2rpg and a FGP of 52.6%.
