Chanares outrebounded Berazategui 55-36 including a 23-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was forward Stefania Lucero (172-1993, agency: BIG) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 15 rebounds. Janet Banegas chipped in 8 points and 13 rebounds. Chanares' coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Sofia Acevedo (167-2001) who recorded 14 points and 7 rebounds and Luz Andujar (173-2005) added 13 points respectively.
