Ferro - Gimnasia 81-73

Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Rodrigo Gallegos (186-1991) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 6 rebounds. point guard Emiliano Lezcano (187-2001) contributed with 20 points for the winners. Four Ferro players scored in double figures. Guard Emiliano Toretta (185-2001) replied with 21 points and Venezuelan forward Anyelo Cisneros (200-1997) added 15 points and 7 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) in the effort for Gimnasia. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Boca Juniors was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a quality performance of American Brandon Robinson (196-1989, college: Clayton St.) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and the other American import Tyren Johnson (202-1988, college: Louisiana) who added 18 points during the contest. Four Quimsa players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international Agustin Barreiro (205-1999) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds and American guard Michael Smith (193-1995, college: CBU) scored 22 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
