Venezuelan forward Anyelo Cisneros (200-1997) saved the victory by scoring 15 points and 9 rebounds. point guard Martiniano Dato (188-2004) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Gimnasia's coach Pablo Favarel used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American Brandon Robinson (196-1989, college: Clayton St., agency: CGL Agency) replied with 23 points and his fellow American import Tyren Johnson (202-1988, college: Louisiana) added 15 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Quimsa. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
