Rockets - Giants 68-76

Giants rallied past Rockets to take the second consecutive victory in the championship series. The guests trailed by 4 points after three quarters before their 22-10 charge, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was the former international guard DShon Taylor (196-93, college: Norfolk St.) who had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds (was perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line !!!). The former international guard Tehran Cox (185-87, college: High Point) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. International center Livingston Munnings (-92) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds and Lerecus Armbrister added 13 points respectively for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Giants - Bahamas Univ. 79-71 Giants overcame University of Bahamas to take the lead in the semifinal series. Giants outrebounded Mingoes 51-37 including a 40-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Gameliel Rose fired 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Bahamas Univ. - Shockers 92-82 Bahamas University topped Shockers to advance into the semifinal stage. Mingoes forced 22 Shockers turnovers. Strangely Shockers outrebounded Mingoes 50-36 including a 28-11 advantage in offensive rebounds.
