Michael Bain
Kemsy Sylvester put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's best team Bahamas Univ. and receives a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 3.
He had a double-double of 26 points and 13 rebounds, while his team crushed Defenders (#6, 1-2) with 23-point margin 83-60. It allowed Bahamas Univ. to consolidate first place in the Bahamas league. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Bahamas Univ. already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game had a remarkable 90.9% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Bahamas Univ., through which he has constantly improved. has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 18.0ppg, leads league in rebounds with 7.5rpg and is league's best passer with 7.5apg is in league's top in and averages solid 1.5bpg,4.5spg and 77.8% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Dominique Fernander of Pirates. He is American in his 3rd season at Pirates. In the last game Fernander recorded impressive double-double of 19 points and 17 rebounds. Bad luck as Pirates lost that game 83-93 to Giants (1-1). The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Fernander is one of the most experienced players at Pirates and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.3ppg (#7). His other stats are also decent: 12.7rpg and 4.7apg.

Third place about best performers goes to Colton Albury of Pros (#9). Albury scored 29 points and grabbed fifteen rebounds (!!!). Despite Albury's great performance Pros lost 87-91 to Defenders (#6, 1-2). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Pros can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have awful season losing so far all 3 games. Too bad for Albury he does not play for a better team. But maybe if he did, his season stats would not be that high. Albury has individually a great season in Bahamas. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 21.7ppg (2nd best) and rebounds with 10.7rpg (6th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Michael Bain (185-SG-85) of Giants - 25 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists
5. Gameliel Rose) of Giants - 22 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists
6. Lenny Oscar (PG) of Shockers - 27 points and 6 rebounds
7. Antwan Bevans (198-F) of Bahamas Univ. - 17 points, 13 rebounds and 3 assists
8. Barry Carter (PF) of Rockets - 12 points and 9 rebounds

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
