Abel Joseph
28-year old guard Abel Joseph (200-G-90) had a very impressive game in the last round for second-ranked Stingers and receives a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 15.
He had a double-double of 19 points and 17 rebounds, while his team beat Pros (#9, 1-13) 79-66. Stingers maintains the 2nd position in Bahamas league. They are still close to the very top. Stingers would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 12-3 record. In the team's last game Joseph had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Stingers and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Holland College graduate has very impressive stats this year. Joseph is in league's top in points (8th best: 16.9ppg), assists (2nd best: 4.9apg) and averages solid 1.3bpg,2.3spg and 60.2% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Colton Albury of Pros. He is a in his 3rd season at Pros. In the last game Albury recorded impressive 27 points and 9 rebounds. Bad luck as Pros lost that game 66-79 to the higher-ranked Stingers (#2, 12-3). Pros are still at the very bottom. 13 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Pros managed to get this year. Albury is one of the most experienced players at Pros and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 24.5ppg (#1). He also registered 10.3 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to Dominique Fernander of Pirates (#6). Fernander scored 19 points and grabbed twelve rebounds (!!!). Despite Fernander's great performance Pirates lost 76-87 to slightly lower-ranked Defenders (#8, 2-12). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Pirates not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 10 games, recording just five victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Fernander could try to bring Pirates' a little bit higher in the standings. Fernander has individually a great season in Bahamas. After 15 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.2ppg (6th best) and rebounds with 10.0rpg (6th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. William Rigby) of Shockers - 24 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists
5. D'Shon Taylor (196-G-93) of Giants - 25 points and 7 rebounds
6. Carrington Dean) of Defenders - 21 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists
7. Dominique Beadle (193-PF) of Rockets - 19 points, 22 rebounds and 2 assists
8. Renardo Baillou) of Regulators - 20 points and 9 rebounds
9. Anthony Whylly) of Pirates - 12 points and 10 rebounds
10. Adam Johnson) of Shockers - 11 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
