Former U17 international forward Philip McKenzie (196-98, currently plays college basketball in the States) couldn't help the Houston Baptist in their game against the Sam Houston State University in the NCAA. He cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. McKenzie recorded only 3 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. His team was defeated 119-113. He has averaged so far 6.2ppg and 4.5rpg. McKenzie used to play for the Bahamas U17 national team four years ago. #12. Former U16 international guard Oswald Parker (193-97, currently plays in NCAA2) managed to help Adelphi University in a victory against the Southern Connecticut State University 81-75 in the NCAA2 last Wednesday. He scored only 2 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 25 minutes. Parker has averaged so far 10.0ppg, 5.4rpg and 1.9apg in 18 games. He used to play for the Bahamas U16 national team back in 2013. #13. Former U17 international forward Qyemah Gibson (196-97, currently plays in Canada) couldn't help the Saint Mary's University in their game against the Varsity Reds in the U Sports. Gibson scored only 4 points in 5 minutes on the court. His team lost 76-88. He has averaged so far 5.8ppg and 2.5rpg in 19 games. Gibson used to play for the Bahamas U17 national team six years ago. #14. Former U17 international forward Jordan Wilson (196-96, currently plays in Canada) is a teammate of previously mentioned Shamar Burrows. But that was another game of his team in U Sports which we would like to mention. Wilson helped Dalhousie University win their game against the Sea Hawks 79-61. He scored only 2 points in 2 minutes on the court. Wilson has averaged so far 6.2ppg, 3.9rpg, 1.7apg and 1.1spg in 19 games. He used to play for the Bahamas U17 national team back in 2013. #15. International forward Nashad Mackey (198, currently plays in NCAA2) helped Embry Riddle University win their game against the Palm Beach Atlantic University 90-81 in the NCAA2 in Saturday night's game. Mackey recorded a double-double by scoring 27 points and getting 16 rebounds. He also added 4 assists and 2 blocks. This season Mackey has very high stats. He averages: 16.7ppg, 11.6rpg, 1.9apg, 1.6bpg and 1.4spg. Mackey is also in the roster of the Bahamas national team. The list of other players, who all have Bahamas passport but never been selected to any of Bahamas national teams: #1. Klay Thompson (201-G-90, college: Washington St., currently plays in NBA) could not help the Golden State Warriors (42-17) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his very good performance the Golden State Warriors (42-17) were defeated 118-112 on the road by the Houston Rockets. Thompson scored 20 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 6 assists. It's Thompson's eighth season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Thompson averages: 21.8ppg, 4.1rpg, 2.3apg and 1.1spg. He has a dual citizenship: Bahamas and American. #2. Radshad Davis (188-G, currently plays college basketball in the States), who plays in the NCAA was not able to help the Texas Arlington (4-2) in their last game. Despite his very good performance his team lost 64-76 in Lafayette to the University Louisiana at. Davis scored 17 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and dished 5 assists in 28 minutes. There are only three games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Davis' first season with the team. This year his overall stats are: 8.6ppg, 5.9rpg and 1.1apg in 28 games he played so far. #3. Azaro Roker (198-F, currently plays in Canada) led St. Francis Xavier to an easy victory against the Panthers (17-2) 95-80 in the U Sports on Saturday night. He had a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 10 rebounds. Roker also added 2 blocks in 23 minutes. The St. Francis Xavier has 7-13 record this season. It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses. The Regular Season already ended. This year Roker's overall stats are: 9.8ppg, 10.0rpg and 2.3bpg in 16 games. #4. Trevon Grant (185-G, currently plays in Canada) was not able to secure a victory for the Acadia University (13-7) in their game against the Varsity Reds (12-8) in the U Sports. Grant scored 6 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. The Acadia University (#3) was edged 72-70 in Fredericton by the Varsity Reds. The Regular Season already ended. Grant has reliable stats this season: 11.2ppg, 6.9rpg, 2.6apg and 1.5spg. #5. Nathan Bain (198-F, currently studies in the States) couldn't help the SF Austin (2-3) in their game against the Texas A&M - Corpus Christi (12-8) in the NCAA. He recorded 6 points in 29 minutes. his team lost 55-65 in Corpus Christi to the Texas A&M -. There are only four games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. Bain has been at the team for four years. Bain has averaged so far 5.8ppg, 4.2rpg, 1.4apg and 1.3spg in 26 games. #6. Shaquillo Fritz (203-F-94, is currently at the American university) managed to help Arkansas State University to win against the University of Arkansas at Little Rock 72-65 in the NCAA on Saturday night. Fritz recorded only 3 points. He has averaged so far 1.3ppg and 2.0rpg. #7. Denzel Jenoure (203-C, currently plays in NCAA2) contributed to an Adelphi University's victory against the Southern Connecticut State University 81-75 in the NCAA2 last Wednesday. He scored only 3 points. Jenoure has averaged so far 4.0ppg and 3.5rpg. #8. Aaron Levarity (198-F, currently plays in NAIA) couldn't help the Milligan College in their last game. Despite his very good performance his team lost 67-80 in Montreat to the Anderson College. Levarity had a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 13 rebounds in 25 minutes. He has very impressive stats this year: 16.7ppg, 11.6rpg, 1.9apg, 1.6bpg and 1.4spg in 18 games. #9. Ziv Basden (196-G, currently plays in NCAA2) couldn't help the Daemen College in their game against the St. Thomas Aquinas College in the NCAA2. Basden cannot count Friday's game as one of the best ones. He scored only 3 points. His team was defeated 75-60 in the NCAA2. This season Basden averages just 1.0ppg. #10. Shamir Rolle (198-C, currently plays in NAIA) couldn't help the Freed-Hardeman University in their game against the Park University in the NAIA. He cannot count Thursday's game as one of the best ones. Rolle scored only 3 points in 11 minutes. His team lost 53-65 in the NAIA. He has averaged so far 2.6ppg and 3.3rpg in 23 games.
