   #1. This week's number one is an international guard Buddy Hield (193-93, college: Oklahoma, currently plays in NBA). He was the major contributor in a Sacramento Kings' surprising victory against the Los Angeles Lakers (11-11) 141-137 in the NBA in Friday night's game. Hield scored 25 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 40 minutes on the court. The Sacramento Kings have 8-13 record this season. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Hield's fifth year with the team. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Hield averages: 17.3ppg, 4.4rpg, 2.1apg, 2FGP: 45.7%, 3FGP: 37.8% and FT: 82.9% in 21 games he played so far. He played for the Bahamas senior national team one years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to an international center DeAndre Ayton (216-98, college: Arizona, currently plays in NBA). Ayton led Phoenix Suns to a victory against the San Antonio Spurs (5-13) 115-111 in the NBA last Monday. He recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 14 rebounds. Ayton also added 3 assists. The Phoenix Suns have a very good 17-3 record this season. It was his team's 16th consecutive victory in a row. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Ayton is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fourth year in Suns' roster. This season he has very high stats. Ayton averages: 15.4ppg, 11.4rpg, 1.2apg, 2FGP: 65.6%(99-151). He played for the Bahamas national team in 2020.

   #3. The Bahamas player who performed third best last week abroad was an international swingman Jonathan McFall (196-99, currently plays in NCAA2). McFall could not help the Slippery Rock University in their last game. Despite his very good performance his team lost 72-78 on the road to the University of Charleston. McFall scored 26 points (!!!), had 7 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 37 minutes. McFall has very impressive stats this year: 16.2ppg, 6.0rpg, 1.6bpg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 67.3%(33-49) and FT: 88.2% in five games. He is also a member of the Bahamas senior national team.

   #4. Forward Qyemah Gibson (196-97, currently plays in Canada) was not able to help the Saint Mary's University (5-4) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Gibson's very good performance the Saint Mary's University (#2) was edged 92-90 in Sydney by the Capers. He recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and getting 12 rebounds. Gibson has been at the team for four years. This season Gibson has very high stats. He averages: 19.2ppg, 7.9rpg, 1.6apg and 1.1bpg. Gibson used to play for the Bahamas U17 national team back in 2013.

   #5. Former U16 international guard Shamar Burrows (190-97, currently plays in Canada) contributed to an easy victory against the Axemen (1-7) 81-65 in the U Sports on Saturday night. He recorded 14 points and grabbed 5 rebounds (made all of his six free throws) in a mere 18 minutes. The Dalhousie University has a very solid 7-2 record this season. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. Burrows plays fourth season for the team. Burrows has relatively good stats this year: 12.9ppg, 8.5rpg, 2.8apg and 1.6spg in eight games. He used to play for the Bahamas U16 national team eight years ago.

Jones scored only 2 points. The Charlotte Hornets have 13-9 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. It's Jones' first year with the team. This season he averages just 0.3ppg. Jones is a former U16 international player as he played for the Bahamas team four years ago.

He scored 8 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in only 11 minutes. in Division B-A. Pantterit Helsinkiis placed . This year Barry Jr.'s total stats are: 8.7ppg and 6.3rpg in three games. He is a former international player as two years ago he still played for the Bahamas senior national team.

He scored 15 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 20 minutes. The University of Kansas State has 6-1 overall record this season. Ezeague plays fourth season for the team. This year Ezeague's overall stats are: 5.8ppg and 4.3rpg in four games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Bahamas and Canadian.

   #2. Malachi McCoy (196-F, currently plays in NCAA2) led Benedict College to a victory against the Tuskegee University 73-62 in the NCAA2 on Saturday night. McCoy recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 12 rebounds. It was the game of the round between two top 2 ranked teams in Division Eastern. The Benedict College has record this season. McCoy's overall stats this year are: 9.0ppg, 7.8rpg and 1.2bpg.

   #3. Romero Cornish (193-SF, college: E.Wyoming, currently studies in the States) contributed to a 2-point Dartmouth's victory against the Bryant University 63-61 in the NCAA in Sunday night's game. He scored 12 points and had 4 steals in 24 minutes. The Dartmouth College has 0-4 overall record this season. It's Cornish's first year with the team. This year Cornish's overall stats are: 5.3ppg and 1.3rpg in three games.

   #4. Malik Joseph (190-G, currently plays in NCAA2) could not help the Newberry College in their last game on Tuesday. Despite his very good performance his team was crushed 89-57 on the road by the Wingate University. Joseph scored 17 points and grabbed 4 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). Joseph's overall stats this season are: 6.0ppg and 3.5rpg.

   #5. Azaro Roker (198-F-97, college: St.Francis X., currently plays in Spain) managed to help Acunsa Gipuzkoa BC San Sebastian in a victory against the 15th-ranked Girona (2-7) 85-81 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) last Sunday. He scored only 2 points in 9 minutes on the court. Acunsa Gipuzkoa BC San Sebastian (5-4) is placed eighth in the LEB Gold. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This year Roker's overall stats are: 1.3ppg and 1.6rpg in nine games.

   #6. Edriel Martinborough (180-PG, currently plays in NCAA2) contributed to an easy victory against the Drury University crushing them 89-62 in a derby game in the HAAC on Saturday night. He had a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting 11 rebounds. Martinborough also added 4 assists in 37 minutes. It was his first game for Evangel University this season.

   #7. Brandon Meadows (190-G, currently plays in NCAA2) was not able to help the University of Southwest in their game against the Colorado School of Mines in the RRAC. Meadows scored 6 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. His team was crushed by 32 points 74-42 in the RRAC. This season Meadows has relatively solid stats: 10.6ppg, 8.6rpg and 1.4apg.

   #8. Jevaughn Ferguson (203-F, currently plays in NCAA2) was not able to secure a victory for the William Jewell College in their game against the Missouri Western State University in the NCAA2. He scored 5 points and added 3 assists in 17 minutes. His team lost 76-80 in the NCAA2. This year Ferguson's total stats are: 3.8ppg and 3.6rpg in five games.

   #9. Greg McKay (198-SF, currently plays in NCAA2) contributed to an easy victory against the Lenoir-Rhyne College 70-54 in the NCAA2 on Saturday night. He scored 5 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. McKay's total stats this season are: 7.3ppg and 5.3rpg.
