Bahamas NPBA round 5 best performance: Tomiko King (by Hoops Agents)

Tomiko King had a very impressive game in the last round for Sunlight Cottage Stampers, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
The player had a double-double of 23 points and 12 rebounds, while his team beat Zulu MM (1-2) 79-74. Sunlight CS is placed at 4th position in Bahamas NPBA. Sunlight CS is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-2 record. King turned to be Sunlight CS's top player in his first season with the team.

The second best player in last round's games was Bertrum Minns of Zulu Media Marketing. Minns had a very good evening with a double-double of 32 points and 14 rebounds. Bad luck as Zulu MM lost that game 74-79 to slightly higher-ranked Sunlight CS (1-2). This loss caused Zulu MM to drop to 5th position in Derrick Bats Ferguson. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 1-2 record. Minns is a newcomer at Zulu MM, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 27.7ppg (#1). He also registered 9.3 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was Bahamas forward Livingston Munnings (201-F-1992) of league's top team Discount Distributors Rockets. Munnings scored 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds. He was a key player of Rockets, leading his team to a 69-62 win against #2 ranked TMT Giants in a game of the week. Rockets confirms their top position in Derrick Bats Ferguson. Munnings has a very solid season. In 4 games in Bahamas he scored 9.3ppg.
