Hoopster and Pinelands enter the Finals

Hoopster and Pinelands entered the Finals as both teams swept their Semifinal series against the opponents. Hoopster beat UWI Blackbirds 2-0 adding a 70-39 in Game 2. Ashlee Daniel (175-SG) top-scored for the winners with 18 points and RASHANNA THORNE added 14. ASHIDA HINDS ended up with 9 points in the losing effort.
Pinelands meanwhile beat Bulls 2-0 with 71-67 in the opener and then 63-59 in Game 2. Sade Clarke (89) stepped up with 22 points and Tamisha Flatts (170-PG) notched 21. JANIECE CLARKE answered with 19 points in a loss.
