The biggest surprise of round 12 took place in where guest Lumber (#1) crushed lower ranked Pinelands (#2) by 22 points 88-66 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Pinelands. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Lumber maintains first position with 7-1 record. Defending champion Pinelands keep the second place with two games lost. They share the position with Cavaliers.
Bottom-ranked Tridents (0-7) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 111-69 loss to sixth ranked Warriors (4-4) in . Warriors have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 4-4 record. Tridents at the other side still closes the standings with seven games lost.
The game in was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Bulls (5-2) played at the court of 7th ranked PanAm I.I. (1-6). Bulls defeated PanAm I.I. 77-67 on Sunday. Bulls maintains fourth position with 5-2 record. PanAm I.I. lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with six games lost.

In the last game of round 12 Sonics was defeated by Cavaliers in a road game 94-78.

Pinelands - Lumber 66-88

There was no surprise when 5th ranked Sonics (4-3) were defeated on the road by third ranked Cavaliers (6-2) 94-78 on Sunday. Cavaliers have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Pinelands. Loser Sonics keep the fifth position with three games lost.
