Pinelands dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Tridents' 38. Pinelands forced 19 Tridents turnovers and outrebounded them 52-35 including 18 on the offensive glass. Pinelands looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Tridents' players. Guard Rasheed Maynard (188-2000) had a double-double by scoring 31 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists and 7 steals to lead the charge for the winners and the former international guard Deroni Hurley (175-2001) chipped in 30 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 steals during the contest. At the losing side guard Nayiib Browne responded with 15 points and 7 rebounds. Tridents' coach C. Edwards gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Celtics' coach C Vanderpool allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 30 points by Simeon Maynard did not help to save the game for Bulls. Despite that victory Celtics went down to fourth position due to points difference. Bulls at the other side keep the third place with four games lost. Celtics' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Bridgetown Cavaliers.

Lakers moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Tridents. Loser Celtics dropped to the fourth position with five games lost.
