Power forward Joel Hunte had a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Theo Greenidge chipped in 20 points during the contest. Four Celtics players scored in double figures. Guard Rasheed Maynard (188-2000) responded with 19 points and 7 rebounds and guard Derion Hurley produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds.

The former international forward Kemar Benn (198-2001, college: Baton Rouge) notched a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Rahiim Gibbons supported him with 23 points and 5 rebounds. Four Bulls players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 14 points and 12 rebounds by swingman Deveron Knight (190-2000) did not help to save the game for Cavaliers. Guard Brandon Ruck added 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the guests.
