Scarborough signs rookie Hason Ward in his first year in pro basketball

Scarborough Shooting Stars (CEBL) added 23-year-old Barbados forward Hason Ward to their roster. Ward, who stands at 206cm, recently graduated from Iowa State University (NCAA). Last season, he averaged 6.0ppg, 3.8rpg, 1.1spg, and 1.2bpg in 28 games. His team won the Big 12 Tournament and finished as the second-best team in the conference.
He began college at Virginia Commonwealth University (NCAA) where he played three seasons. In high school, he attended Central High School in Springfield, MA.
As mentioned above, he is fresh out of college and this is his first full season in professional basketball.
